You don't have to use our marking service to use our data service. If your team marks internally, sits its own tests, or simply has a set of results that nobody has had the capacity to unpick, we can take it from there.

Our QLA sheets are built question by question against the paper your learners actually sat — so the analysis maps to your mark scheme, your topics and your specification. Where learner targets are provided, results are RAG-rated to sharpen the picture.
The result is a sheet that tells you which questions the cohort found hard, which topics need revisiting, and which learners to group together for intervention.

Each learner receives a personalised results' card showing their performance, their topic-by-topic breakdown and their progress towards target. Many schools print them onto sticker sheets so they can go straight into exercise books as a permanent record.

Familiar, portable and requiring nothing of your IT team. Every sheet is yours to keep, filter and share.
Power BI
For schools and MATs who want something more interactive. We can supply a file for you to view, or publish the report directly into your existing Power BI licence so it sits alongside your other trust-level reporting.

Data comes to us, and goes back to you, through our secure results website — never by email attachment. It's the simplest way to keep learner data protected at both ends.
Our preference is for schools to supply candidate numbers matched to targets and meta-data rather than names, which reduces the risk of a breach still further. Our relationship with every client is governed by an Information Sharing Agreement setting out roles and responsibilities on both sides.

Once your data reaches us through the secure portal, the clock starts. We'll confirm a timescale with you upfront so you can plan your feedback lessons around it.

Results Analysis — typically within one week
A full results analysis is a deeper piece of work. We usually return these within five working days of receiving your data.
Express service available
Working to a governors' meeting, a MAT deadline or a data drop? Ask about our express service and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.
Timescales run on working days and are confirmed at the point of quote. Larger cohorts, multi-school MAT analysis and bespoke Power BI builds may take longer. We aim to respond to all enquiries within five hours on working days.
