  • Secure Portal: All results and data are returned via our encrypted, password-protected secure results portal.

Secure Logistics

  • DHL Tracked: We arrange courier collection using DHL's secure tracked service.
  • Chain of Custody: Every package is tracked from your school reception to our marking center.
  • Physical Security: Scripts are stored in secure, access-controlled facilities while in our possession.
  • Return or Destroy: We can securely destroy scripts after marking or return them to you via tracked courier.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you keep student data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption for all digital data (both in transit and at rest). Access to our results portal is strictly controlled via secure authentication. Our staff are trained in data protection protocols.
Can we submit candidate numbers only?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. You can provide us with a data file linking candidate numbers to the necessary metadata (Gender, PP, SEND) without sharing names, ensuring anonymity.
How do we receive results?
Once marking and analysis are complete, you will receive an email notification to log in to our Secure Results Portal. From there, you can download all reports, heatmaps, and results cards safely.
How are scripts shipped?
We organize the courier for you. We send you the shipping labels and schedule a DHL pickup from your school reception at a time that suits you.
